Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • During new launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as we're a small, family-run business!

Shipping

  • Once your order has been processed, shipping times typically range from 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Once your package has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and shipping destination.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, L. Adell Boutique is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are unable to guarantee changes once an order has been placed. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.
